Cooler, Water, Ice, Fuel, Captain Fee and Docking Fee.

$150/Hr Gets Delivered to the boat. ($200 DEPOSIT REQUIRED) Please Schedule 24hr before booking.

• The boat will be cleaned prior to and after departure free of charge, but a $200 Cleaning fee may be applied if guests leave the boat in an unsatisfactory condition or leave an excessive mess.
• No Drugs, No Pets. Alcoholic beverages are allowed in the boat
• We ask that you arrive at the marina 30 minutes prior to the departure time (If you arrive more than 10 mins late you will need to pay a $70 fee to extend pickup time. Please remember that no extra time will be added if late.
• a Maximum number of guests is 10.
• Additional Hours may be added if possible.
• If the captain determines that the charter guest has engaged in unsafe or hazardous behavior, The captain may terminate the charter and you can lose the trip.
REFUND POLICY
We refund 100% of your money if:
- 51% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami
Beach as location.
- Winds 21 mph or higher on the day of the rental.
- In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term.
